Caribbean Brewing Company changed all that. This funky and fabulous brewery is now brewing great local beers that are available all over the island! Brewing beers using the finest malts & hops and NEVER any corn syrup or preservatives, these brews are fresh & original.
The brewery has state of the art technology and you can witness the process for all 5 beers.
A tour gets you up close and personal, from milling to brewing to bottling to tasting (that’s the best part).
The team is very excited about their new beers and business. Each beer has its own unique personality.
The clean taste of “San Martin” is a perfect flagship beer for this young company.
The “Dutch Blonde” represents the rich history of the Netherlands, with just a hint of sweetness reminiscent of the Caribbean.
“SXM Light” is refreshing and crisp, like all light beers should be. “Pirates Edition” is a treasure chest of flavour brewed with pale malts to make it the island’s only IPA.
Lastly, the “1863“, a year that evokes pride in the Dutch West Indies, marks the abolition of slavery, and this stout is worthy of that pride.
Caribbean Brewing Company did their research to bring together 5 amazing beers in one outstanding brewery. Enjoy their tap room bar where you can purchase snacks, great souvenirs and drinks after your tour.

The wonderful establishment always has a great rotating stock of not only beer but also wine and liquor. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They always have great suggestions, and they always have excellent beers on tap. San Martin is a perfect everyday beer. They have tons of special releases, which always seem super popular. Highly recommended!
We were fortunate to experience a very personalized tour and tasting with a very cordial host. We even got a chance to taste beer right from the tank and we were enlightened about the process of beer making. It all culminated with a tasting of their beer and a very special cocktail. Yummy! It added to our experience on the beautiful island and its friendly people.
Love these beers, great quality for the price. San Martin is a nice everyday beer and the Pirate IPA I keep for my weekends. Thanks for bringing this to SXM
