When one owner is in the kitchen, one is running the floor, and one is your sommelier — you know you are in very good hands. That is exactly what makes Le Cottage so special. This is one of our absolute favorite restaurants in St. Martin, and it has been for a reason: every single visit is consistent, personal, and yet somehow always surprising.
The passion these three bring to every aspect of the experience is something you feel from the moment you sit down. The food is refined and full of character, the service is warm and attentive, and the wine pairings are expertly guided. Together it creates a dining experience that is genuinely hard to match anywhere on the island.
