Loterie Farm Zipline | Flyzone Treetop Adventure (July – August 2026 Visitor Travel Guide)

Best Zipline & Treetop Tour in St. Martin 2026 – We Are SXM, Tourist Info Center

“Soar through the rainforest canopy on Loterie Farm’s Flyzone zipline at Pic Paradis in Rambaud — the only treetop zip line tour in St. Martin / Sint Maarten.”

Flyzone Extreme at Loterie Farm _ Islands Best Activity, Sporty, Thrilling and Fun

Tucked into the rainforest at Pic Paradis, the highest point on St. Martin / Sint Maarten, Loterie Farm is the island’s original jungle escape and home to its only treetop zipline.

What began as a private nature reserve has grown into a full day out: adrenaline-pumping ziplining on the Flyzone Extreme, miles of hiking trails, a spring-fed pool, and an open-air restaurant set right in the canopy. The farm was designed to protect the forest rather than clear it, and the treetop course was even built on plans from Costa Rican scientists who study rainforests without disturbing them, so every visit helps preserve it.

Whether you’re chasing a thrill, a forest walk or a poolside lunch, it all sits in one lush, protected setting a short drive from Marigot. Here to relax or eat instead of fly? Read more about the Jungle Room restaurant and spring-fed Jungle Pool here.

The Flyzone Extreme is the must-do activity at Loterie Farm, and one of the most thrilling things to do in St. Martin. You climb high into the rainforest canopy and soar from tree to tree on zip lines that stretch as long as 490 metres (1,600 feet), more than 200 feet above the forest floor. Between the lines you cross monkey bridges, tightropes and ladders, with a trained guide alongside you the whole way.
The real magic? You’re not in a theme park, you’re in living jungle. Look up mid-flight and you’ll often spot monkeys playing in the branches right beside you, iguanas basking on the trunks, and if you’re lucky, hear the call of the rare West Indian dove. From the higher platforms you also catch the azure Caribbean shimmering in the distance.
Reviewers call it the best zipline on the island. It’s part canopy tour, part jungle obstacle course, and an experience you simply can’t get anywhere else on the island.

Flyzone Extreme at Loterie Farm _ Islands Best Activity, Sporty, Thrilling and Fun

BRAND-NEW since 2025, the entire Flyzone Extreme course has been rebuilt with a modern continuous-belay system, so safety is built into every step. Instead of constantly unclipping and reclipping between platforms, you click in just a couple of times throughout the course and stay securely attached to the line from start to finish, never disconnecting mid-course.
The redesign focused on both thrill and peace of mind: stronger anchors, smoother landings, and a single-wire system that returning visitors say is simpler, safer, and more fun than the old setup. Every group flies with a trained guide who checks all the gear, harness, helmet, and gloves before you set off and stays with you throughout.

The lower Flyzone course is currently under construction, so the Extreme is the course running right now. The result is an adventure that feels genuinely secure, even if it’s your first zipline or you’re nervous about heights.

Good to Know Before You Fly at Loterie Farm?

How long does it take? The Flyzone Extreme is €85 per person (+ 5% tax) and runs about 1.5 to 2 hours, with departures at 10:00 a.m., noon and 2:00 p.m. Sign up at reception at least 15–20 minutes before your departure time.

Your physical condition and state of mind. The tour requires only light physical effort, but it isn’t for you if you’re afraid of heights. Beyond that, you’ll need to meet the requirements below.

Height & weight requirements. Minimum height 1.40 m (55 in) and maximum weight 100 kg (220 lb). The Flyzone Extreme also requires a minimum weight of 55 kg (120 lb) — enough kinetic energy to carry you across the longer lines. Guests under 18 need a parent to sign for them and join them on the course.

Basic training. Before you start, the specially trained Fly Zone staff give a full safety briefing and show you how to wear the harness, latch onto the cable and brake to slow down.

Dress for the adventure. Harness and gloves are provided. You must wear closed shoes secured to your feet — no sandals or flip-flops.

A few tips:

  • Tie long hair back in a ponytail or bun.
  • Use a strap to keep your glasses secure.
  • Leave sharp objects like keys or pens out of your pockets.
  • Keep your camera in a case close to your body, not dangling on a strap.

Pricing:
The Flyzone Extreme is €85 per person, plus 5% tax. Group rates available (10 or more).

Hiking in Pic Paradis – The Loterie Farm Hike!

Prefer to keep your feet on the ground? Loterie Farm also offers miles of marked hiking trails winding through the tropical forest, many of which pass the natural spring that feeds the pools.
The trail climbs through the ruins of an old sugar plantation, past scenic viewpoints, and up to the windswept summit of Pic Paradis, the highest point on St. Martin and home to some of the island’s best views. There are easier and more challenging routes, so you can match the walk to your group, and you may spot monkeys, iguanas, and tropical birds along the way.
Mornings are coolest, so bring water and closed shoes for the climb. A small entry fee of €10 per person gives you access to the trails, and that fee goes directly toward maintaining and protecting the paths.
It’s an easy, affordable way to experience the island’s nature reserve at your own pace, whether as a morning warm-up before ziplining or a peaceful walk on its own.

Loterie Farm – Jungle Adventure Kids Park

Jungle Kids Adventure Park at Loterie Farm - Something fun for the small ones - Best Kids activity S

For younger explorers, Loterie Farm’s Jungle Kids Adventure Park is a little paradise of its own, tucked into the same shaded forest setting as the rest of the farm. At its heart is a zero-entry swimming pool that slopes in gently like a beach, so even toddlers can paddle safely, alongside a water slide and a playground to keep little ones busy for hours. It’s designed as a safe, supervised space where families can relax together, and it pairs perfectly with a poolside lunch or a drink for the grown-ups nearby.

Entry is €20 per person for both kids and adults, and the park is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For safety, one parent is required per two children, and children must be supervised by a parent at all times. When your little adventurers grow, once they’re taller than 1.40 m (55 in), they can graduate from the playground to the real thing on the Flyzone treetop course described above.

Loterie Farm - Hike and Zipline
Average rating:
 14 reviews
 by Roy

The most fun zipline on the island, as in comparison to the Rainforest Adventures experience (which is also fun) this is an actual activity in which you enjoy high-roped, bridges, and ziplines all through the tree-tops of this tropical rainforest system in St Martin.
An incredible experience with mesmerizing views over the island! A MUST-DO in my opinion, you simply cannot miss Loterie Far.

After change in the toilets and stay at the pool to relax, have lunch and refreshing cocktails. We love this place and come back time and again!

Rough terrain morning hike, followed by amazing passion fruit daiquiris at the bar and an afternoon of extreme zip lining. Much to do, great service and atmosphere.

I arranged this amazing tour for my entire family. The children cherished seeing monkeys, iguanas, lizards, birds and all the various sorts of creatures. The cooperation was incredible 10 out of 10

I took my teenage boy and we absolutely had the best day ever. We spent 3 hours climbing, balancing and zip lines. My boy loved it. Three hours went quickly for us as we challenged ourselves over the obstacle course and we loved the zip lines.

Phenomenal spot!!! My wife and I took our 11-year-old son and we as a whole made some amazing memories. Breaking all limits and overcoming fears! I think I might have crossed my first zip line and vanquished my fear of heights all thanks to them. We will be back!!!
