The Creole Culinary Classroom is your gateway to an unforgettable cooking adventure located in Paradise Mall, Cole Bay, just next to the Cinema. Founded by Anna, an experienced hospitality professional, this cozy studio offers classes designed to inspire and empower.
Anna is a passionate traveler who loves joining cooking classes during her trips. After recognizing this passion for cooking, Anna created a space where people can connect, learn, and savor.
Anna shares: “After my trips, I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned by cooking for friends and loved ones. It’s a special way to connect, and I’d love to offer visitors the same experience—encouraging them to recreate these dishes for their own families and friends.”
Start your journey with Anna’s signature Creole menu or explore workshops led by other passionate chefs specializing in French bistro, Indonesian, vegan, sushi, and more. You’ll craft four-course menus in a home-like kitchen using fresh, local ingredients, perfect for recreating the magic at home. From savory fish fritters to indulgent desserts, each dish is paired with beverages, including tropical cocktails or nonalcoholic options.
Classes are tailored for everyone—from team-building groups to family gatherings or individuals seeking a budget-friendly, fun experience. A minimum of four participants is required for Shared Classes, and booking is essential.
The team also offers private chef services for any type of special event anywhere on island.

The Classroom reserves the right to cancel if the minimum number of participants does not reach four. The maximum number of participants is 10 per class. Some classes are scheduled, and some are only upon request. Contact for more info with the buttons below. You can join a shared cooking class or organize a private class with friends, family, or colleagues. This is a super activity for company events!

Anna's class was so much fun - and delicious! My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son attended the Caribbean Twist class. We were joined by another couple and a solo traveler and while we didn't know each other to start, by the end of the evening it felt like we were with old friends. The food was delicious and Anna does a great job involving everyone in each step of the process. We even have a few (shocking!) photos of our stoic son smiling!
I highly recommend this class! We've taken cooking classes at Sur la Tabla and at several local restaurants and this was right up there in knowledge, fun, and trying something new (and delicious)! Thank you so much, Anna, for spending your time with us and sharing your delicious recipes! Can't wait to make Johnny Cakes and the fresh fish salad here at home!
