Once you are seated at your table, the real fun begins. Choose between the escargot-style Lobster, calamari, or steak tartare. For main courses try their fire-seared Tomahawk Rib-Eye steak serving two people.
Other favorites are the buttery Filet Mignon and the fresh catch of the day. During the weekends JAX invites elegance with fresh oysters available.
Make sure to keep some space for desserts as their patisserie chef loves to surprise!

We were just recently at Jax for dinner while on vacation. The staff and Tom are amazing and food is amazing as well! We can’t say enough good things about Jax. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic meal Saturday evening at Jax! The food & drinks were incredible & the staff is wonderful, too. Great ambience, not too crowded—even with a full house. Our waiter, Jackie, was professional and friendly. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but if you’re having trouble deciding, ask for Chef Owen to come out and explain some of the dishes to you. The lobster escargot, swordfish, skirt steak & beouf bourguignon are wonderful. Dessert was a must have, too. This is one of those restaurants where you can really tell (and taste) that the staff is all in to make it an all-around top tier experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip to SXM. Can’t wait to go back!
