Emilio’s is named in honor ofEmilio Wilson, the deceased owner of the Estate, and an example to many inhabitants of Sint Maarten.
His mother worked in the service industry on the plantation where Emilio grew up as a child until, in 1954, he bought this lovely Estate for $8,400. A large part is now a beautiful public park, and another part is where you find this mesmerizing restaurant.
This Historical restaurant offers a unique combination of high-end dining with an original and casual twist. The Executive Chef, Sydney, transformed the menu to include Nouveau International cuisine and vintage bistro-style dishes.
Emilio’s is open every day for an exceptional dinner experience and Tuesday to Friday for lunch.

Chef LIAM was absolutely amazing. Each plate, from appetizers to salads to main course and finishing with dessert, was an amazing experience. The flavors he marinated together made your mouth water.
His professionalism and friendly one-on-one interaction with me and my husband Alex made our luncheon delightful. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in St Martin.

I just visited Emilio’s. Delicious food, waiters are very attentive, and super nice atmosphere. Plus it’s all at an affordable price. Can recommend it and will come back again.
