If you would ask us how many days you need in order to experience most of the island? When planning really tight visiting each area once during your stay you would need 8 days to explore all, but if you like to re-visit certain spots more often a 14 day vacation is ideal to see most!
Furthermore we would advise to stay 7 days on the Dutch side and 7 days on the French side and rent a car in order to have most liberty and experience the entire island most time-efficient.
