Journey into our (We Are SXM) island paradise. The Tree Top Adventure Tour is a full submersion into the tropical forest. You traverse across the forest canopy from TREE TO TREE, where you can pause, reflect, discover, take a selfie with a monkey, interface with an iguana, or hear the call of the rare West Indian dove.
Loterie Farm strives to have minimal impact on the biodiversity of the tropical forest in which you’re immersed. The Treetop Adventure Tour is built on the plans of Costa Rican scientists for researching tropical forests without disturbing the ecosystems.
The goal is to protect and encourage the growth of our tropical forests.
It’s not all birdsongs and serenity; we have thrilling zip lines throughout the tour for you with either the Flyzone or the Flyzone Extreme. Some are as long as 490 meters (1600 feet). If you’re a speed freak, thrill-seeking adrenaline junkie, then the Treetop Canopy Adventure Tour (Flyzone Extreme) might not deliver that.
The real focus is on you and your connection with the forest. You will discover something that you cannot find anywhere else on the island. Loterie Farm has always protected and preserved the tropical forest through your participation.
Afterward, you may choose to relax by their gorgeous spring-fed swimming pool with your favorite beverage or join us for lunch in our open-air restaurant.
If you prefer to have your feet planted on the ground, Loterie Farm offers miles of trails throughout the tropical forest, many of which pass next to our natural spring, which supplies our swimming pools.
Hike through the ruins of an ancient sugar plantation, amazing viewpoints, and into the windswept heights of Pic Paradis, St. Martin’s highest point, offering some of the best views on the island. To enter the hiking trails, you pay a small entry fee of $10, which is used to maintain the paths.

Flyzone or Flyzone Extreme:
Our video below will help you understand what to expect from the Flyzone & Flyzone Extreme. The Flyzone Extreme is more challenging, longer, and requires a minimum weight of 55 kilograms to carry across the longer zip lines.
- The Flyzone takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes, and the height is about 35 feet or more off the ground. Price: $40 per person + 5% TAX
- The Flyzone Extreme takes approximately 1:30 to 2 hours, and the height can be 200+ feet off the ground. Price: $60 per person + 5% TAX
Your physical condition and state of mind?
Flyzone & Flyzone Extreme: This tour requires little physical exertion, but if you’re scared of heights, this is not for you.
Other than that, you need to comply with the height & weight requirements, which are a minimum of 1.40 Meters (55 Inches) and a maximum of 100 Kg (220 lbs). There is no age limit for the Fly Zone.
Flyzone Extreme: If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent to sign for you. The minimum weight requirement is at least 55 kg (120 lbs) to have sufficient kinetic energy to carry you across the longer zip lines.
Basic Training & Requirements
The specially trained and highly qualified Fly Zone staff will provide a safety briefing and instruct you on how to put on the harness, latch onto the cable, and brake if you need to slow down while zipping along the cable.
Dress for the adventure.
They will provide you with a harness and gloves. You, on the other hand, must wear closed shoes or footwear that is secured to your feet. No sandals or flip flops
A few tips:
- If you have long hair, put it in a ponytail or bun.
- Use a strap to keep your glasses securely in place.
- Don’t have any sharp objects, such as keys or pens, in your pockets.
- Keep your camera in a case close to your body, not dangling on a strap.

No reservations are possible for this activity; it’s on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure you have a spot on the Fly Zone Extreme, please arrive approximately 20 minutes before any of our departure times.
There are three departures per day, at 10:00 a.m., noon, and 2:00 p.m., seven days a week.

Rough terrain morning hike, followed by amazing passion fruit daiquiris at the bar and an afternoon of extreme zip lining. Much to do, great service and atmosphere.
