Discover your inner artist and create functional art with Chich’s ceramic workshop.
Celine, also known as Chich, always loved creating useful things for her household. From a young age, she was drawn to the arts, enjoying painting, drawing, and creating new things for her house or friends.
After years of practicing, she opened her atelier to highlight some of her creations and inspire others to do the same.
And this is not where it stops, as Chich will also teach you how! In her “Happy place,” you get to pick any ceramic bisque design from a large selection of objects: plates, mugs, bowls, cups, pots, a bank, a candle, and much more.
Everything used is food-safe, functional, and can be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.
Afterward, you get a speed course on painting your ceramic with a choice between over 100 colors. On small ceramic tiles, you can see an example of the final color after baking, which is far darker than when it was first painted.
Working on your piece of art, you enter a calming trance in which you forget how quickly time passes. Before you know it, it’s hours later, and time to finish your creation and hand it over to Celine.
She will dry it for a couple of days, varnish it, and then bake it in the special pottery oven. After approximately seven days, you can pick up your custom design.
A very cool concept that is fun for all ages, and brings people together. Great for friends, families, or company events.
Opening Times & Pricing:
Pinky Chich’Atelier is open Monday to Saturday by reservation from 9 am – 15:30 pm and Saturday from 9 am – noon & 2 pm – 6 pm. In addition, upon request, Celine is happy to open any evening for Birthday parties, business events, or any other occasion.
You only pay for your ceramic object; this includes the painting, finishing, and baking of the ceramic into the finished product. The ceramics go from €10 up to €110.
