Shana is the daughter of George, owner of well-known island favorites La Belle Époque and Bali Bar, while Achille comes from the family behind Ô Plongeoir. After studying in Montreal — one in business, the other in hospitality
they returned home with a shared vision: create a beach bar where everyone feels welcome. With ocean views, gentle sea breezes, ceiling fans, and a cozy, casual atmosphere, Aloha is the kind of place where time slows down, and smiles come naturally.
The kitchen delivers a refined yet approachable French-Caribbean fusion led by young and talented Chef Guillaume, whose experience includes time in France and at La Villa Hibiscus.
The menu features fresh, local ingredients and daily catches, starting with standout appetizers like mahi-mahi coconut–passion fruit ceviche, authentic stuffed crab claws, burrata, or a vegetarian trio of dips served with pita. Main courses range from caramelized St. Louis ribs with Jamaican spices, seared tuna with papaya salad and sweet mashed potato, to vegetarian favorites like watermelon-feta salad, tabbouleh with goat cheese puff pastry, or rigatoni verde with pea cream, basil, hazelnut, and optional burrata.
