Le String Beach is a charming Mediterranean-style beach bar and restaurant located at the end of Orient Bay. Over the last 12 years, owners Severine and Lionel created a true family amongst the staff.
Their primary motivation is to make every guest smile, resulting in many customers becoming friends who keep returning to their second home.
Enjoy their comfortable seating overlooking Orient Bay beach; the fresh breeze and cocktails from the friendly bartender will cool you down as you indulge in the chef’s great food.
The Chef created a menu that blended classic French styles with authentic Caribbean flavors and ingredients.
The restaurant specializes in Seafood and offers a quality selection of fish; Justine and Severine will go around with a chalkboard explaining the daily specials. Some of our recommendations from the menu are:
- Tuna Tartar with avocado
- Mahi Mahi Ceviche
- Trigger fish with rice/veggies and served with a lemon butter sauce.
- Sea Bass served with the chef’s special champagne sauce
Try their signature Sangria Blanche or have a frozen Pina Colada to enjoy the food.
After lunch, enjoy some beach chairs and allow the famous beach captain, John Henry, to make sure you stay hydrated. Before leaving, make sure not to forget a shot with John, as this is his favorite part of the day ;)
Opening times:
Le String Beach is open daily during the high season from 8 am up to 6 pm and the kitchen opens from noon to 4 pm. From May to November they are closed on Fridays.
