Located on the beautiful beach of Grand Case, Tropic’s Beach Bar was opened in 2023 by Alain, a bartender with 25 years of experience at L’Esplanade Hotel.
He teamed up with Francois, a former private chauffeur who is now the grill master, expertly lighting up the BBQs with ribs, chicken, and fish. Behind the bar, there is Sha, the bar’s mixologist, creating craft signature drinks like the “Tropic’s Explosion” (a blend of mango, passion fruit, coconut, rum, blue curaçao, and an extra floater) & the “Lights Out,” a strong Caribbean-style drink.
Not to be forgotten is the kitchen, where Chef Enor creates a variety of Authentic Caribbean dishes and amazing tapas to share. Together they create a down-to-earth ambiance with a true Caribbean feel.
Chef Enor leads the kitchen and won “Best Table” at the 2022 Festival de la Gastronomy with a blindfolded tasting. He also helped Tropic’s secure third place for Best Beach Bar in 2023.

Tropic’s Beach Bar – Opening Times & Events
The bar is open from 10 am to 6 pm on Tuesday to Thursday & Saturday, extending its’ hours to 2 am on Fridays and 11 pm on Sundays. The Beach Bar offers seating for 40 people inside and 80 on the beach. Groups of 40-60 often reserve in advance to enjoy its laid-back Caribbean vibe.

- Sunday unique band, Pop, Soul, Old Skool.
