Jordan’s bartending adventure began at just 17, and by the age of 23, he was already making waves in Paris with his company, “Le Bar Paris” with two partners. After two successful years, wanderlust struck. He sold his shares embarked on a journey, behind the bars of London, Miami, and Paris.
To date Le Bar Paris still thrives mixing for iconic brands like Cartier, Chanel, Dior & the Olympic Games.
Along the way, Jordan became the go-to guy for bars needing a fresh touch designing space, crafting cocktail menus, or training staff. His reputation and passion for excellence naturally evolved into what is now JC BAR Company.
Jordan’s journey eventually brought him to Sint Maarten, where he took the reins as General Manager at Rainbow Cafe. There, he met Brice, a skilled cocktail bartender whose creativity and drive, perfectly match Jordan’s vision.
Together, they spent two years elevating the island’s cocktail scene before teaming up to elevate JC BAR Company. With over 40 years of combined experience across continents, JC BAR Company excels in every aspect of bar consultancy and cocktail services.

JC Bar Company can not only shake cocktails at your event; what about hosting a rum tasting and cocktail workshop at your location or event?
Cocktail workshop: Learn to create your very own handcrafted cocktails in their cocktail classes made with the best ingredients; they will surprise you with all you can do with drinks.
Pricing: $105 per person, including a two-hour class and 3 cocktails (minimum of 4 people)
Rum tasting: As the Caribbean is known for its exceptional rums, JC Bar Company hosts rum tastings with their private selection of unique rums. The tasting allows you to try some of the world’s best creations!
Pricing: $95 per person, including approximately two two-hour tasting and 5 rums to taste (minimum of 4 people)
