Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations. If you cannot make your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule to the next available slot — no refunds will be issued. In the event of adverse weather conditions, a refund or reschedule may be offered on the day. Any damages to the jet car for which the renter refuses to pay may be charged to the card used at booking. Failure to comply with reservation requirements may result in cancellation without refund.
