This is truly a business of passion; years ago, three friends from Venezuela & Spain came together on SXM, searching for a new life and opportunities. They found the best herbs & spices combined with the freshest chicken and started cooking. Resulting in the juiciest, melt in your mouth rotisserie chicken!
Their entire menu is Caribbean & South American influenced and available in the fun-loving dining room, but also great for takeaway.
“Pollos” is the name but do not overlook their burgers, wraps, or South American specialties such as patacones, quesadillas, enchilada, cassava, etc. All fresh, tasty hand-made food with unique toppings & sauces!
But don’t run out the door yet, you have to try one of the delicious milkshakes. More flavors than you can count and so thick you can barely pull it through the straw. Sweet Joy is part of the family as the head chef, making the whole place as sweet as she is.

Me and my friend usually visit Pollos Hermanos because of their tasty milkshake. Though if you have sweet-tooth, nothing can be better then their exceptional desserts. We always have a space for their desserts after their yummy home cooked food!
We enjoyed a lovely early dinner at Pollos Hermanos. We had the rotisserie chicken and loved it, staff friendly, food tasty and a nice place. Will surely continue to visit!
I went to Pollos Hermanos for a meet-up with my friends. We had a really good time because of their amazing service and quality food. Their entire menu is mouth-watering and milkshakes contain good portion of nutrients. Highly recommended!

Best Chicken Salad, Burrito's and Grilled Chicken on St Maarten! Always super and great portions :) The owners are very nice and this reflects on the friendly staff. My #1 recommendation for South American food when you're in Simpson Bay!
