Mimosa Skylounge is open Monday to Saturday from 7 pm – 2 am, with lounge music playing every day so you get to enjoy a drink, talk and good times! On Friday there is a DJ playing tunes and Mimosa turns into island’s best rooftop party.

First of all, what a sexy place with a very unique view overlooking Maho. You can notice that the owners all care for details.
Have tried many cocktails within the 10 years living in SXM, and have worked 5 years as a bartender. Yet, Brice was still able to surprise me with unique cocktails that I had never tried before. Very nice recipes with modern ingredients, a mix between the French, American and Caribbean flavor. Furthermore, he makes the classics as they should be or with a little unique twist if you like.
A great addition to our nightlife and cocktail scene. If you can appreciate a quality craft cocktail, definitely visit Mimosa skylounge!
