Indigo Beach Bar is a picture-perfect relaxing spot for me. They have the most energizing range of cocktails. They offer the best crusted Mahi Mahi with cream/pepper sauce. Stefan and his team are very friendly. You can watch the perfect sunset during relaxing and sipping cocktails!
Living on SXM for over 7 years and tried lots of seafood dishes, but the crusted Mahi Mahi with Red Pepper Cream sauce was probably one of my top 5 Seafood dishes ever, It blew my mind! Next to the great food the view is great and staff very attentive, can most certainly recommend this Beach restaurant. Ooh, and pricing is very decent!
